	Transformer Software Ltd. ("Transformer") owns and runs Transformer's designated Setrue Internet Search website (the "Website"). The www.setrue.com and sites are property of Transformer. These Terms of Use (the "Terms of Use") and Setrue Internet Search Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy , govern your participation in the Setrue Internet Search project of Transformer Software Ltd. ("Setrue Internet Search"). By accessing Setrue Internet Search through the Website, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use.

	Setrue Internet Search is a forum for demonstrating and improving Transformer’s patent search technology which is based on Transformer's natural language search technology. Setrue Internet Search is not intended for commercial use.
	Setrue Internet Search does not constitute means for providing support and other information related to Transformer, such as technical support or customer service.
	Licenses
	Subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use, you are hereby granted a non-exclusive, limited, personal license to use the Website solely for your personal, noncommercial use; however, Transformer may terminate or suspend this license and your access to the Website at any time for any reason or no reason. Transformer reserves all rights (including without limitation all intellectual property and proprietary rights) not expressly granted herein in the Website and its content.

	The Website is controlled from Transformer's facilities in Israel. Transformer makes no representations that the Website is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the Website from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local law.
	Limitation of Liability
	TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRANSFORMER AND ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, LICENSEES AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, "AFFILIATES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, COSTS, LOSSES OR EXPENSES DUE TO OR ARISING OUT OF CONTENT, TRANSFORMER'S USE OF THE CONTENT, THE WEBSITE, OR THESE TERMS OF USE, FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, PRIVACY, GOODWILL, OR DATA) WHATSOEVER THAT ARISE OUT OF OR ARE RELATED TO THE WEBSITE OR THE SETRUE INTERNET SEARCH PROJECT, OR TO ANY BREACH OF THESE TERMS OF USE, EVEN IF TRANSFORMER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND EVEN IN THE EVENT OF FAULT, TORT, OR STRICT OR PRODUCT LIABILITY. TRANSFORMER AND AFFILIATES SHALL BE LIABLE ONLY TO THE EXTENT OF ACTUAL DAMAGES INCURRED, NOT TO EXCEED $50 IN THE AGGREGATE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL TRANSFORMER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.
	YOU AGREE THAT TRANSFORMER WILL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION IN THE PROVIDING OF ANY DATA, INFORMATION, OR OTHER ASPECT OF THE WEBSITE. TRANSFORMER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR, AND MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING, THE ACCESS, SPEED, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE INTERNET IN GENERAL OR THE WEBSITE IN PARTICULAR. TRANSFORMER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY OR DISCONTINUE, TEMPORARILY OR PERMANENTLY, ALL OR ANY PORTION OF THE SETRUE INTERNET SEARCH PROJECT OR THE WEBSITE WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE. IF TRANSFORMER DOES POST MATERIAL, IT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND CONVERSATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
	Violations
	You agree that Transformer may, in its sole discretion, enforce the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use by warning users of violations, disabling or suspending Website access, or prohibiting activities that, in Transformer’s sole determination, do not comply with these Terms of Use.
	In addition, Transformer may permanently or temporarily terminate, suspend, or otherwise refuse to permit a user’s participation in Setrue Internet Search and access to the Website without notice and liability, or if, in Transformer's sole determination, a user
	violates any provision of these Terms of Use, including without limitation by committing any of the following prohibited actions: (i) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Website; (ii) taking any action that imposes, or that Transformer in its discretion believes may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Transformer's infrastructure; (iii) uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Website; (iv) impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting the user’s affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, or hiding or attempting to hide the user’s identity; (v) interfering with the proper working of the Website; (vi) bypassing the measures used to prevent or restrict access to the Website.
	Governing Law and Venue
	THESE TERMS OF USE SHALL BE INTERPRETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND GOVERNED BY THE LAW OF THE STATE OF ISRAEL WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICT OF LAWS RULES. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT THE COURTS LOCATED IN TEL_AVIV JAFFA, ISRAEL SHALL HAVE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OVER ANY AND ALL ACTIONS, CLAIMS AND SUITS RELATED TO OR ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OF USE OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND THAT VENUE IS PROPER IN SUCH COURTS.

	No waiver of any term of these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Transformer's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Transformer reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use without notice, effective upon posting of any amendments on the Website, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use for any changes. Your access or use of the Website following any amendment of these Terms of Use will signify your assent to and acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
